RFP Writer – Investment Management

About the role

The Global RFP Team at Wellington Management is looking for an RFP Writer to create prospect proposals, client questionnaires and other strategic client deliverables. You will work closely with product, client‑facing and subject‑matter‑expert teams to clearly articulate the firm’s investment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) that support business development and client servicing.
• Collaborate with product and client‑facing teams to gather accurate investment information and ensure consistency across all client communications.
• Maintain and update standard templates, track response deadlines and manage the end‑to‑end RFP process.
• Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• Excellent written and editorial skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and translate complex investment concepts into clear client‑focused language.
• Experience working in financial services, consulting or a related environment where client proposals are common.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
