Room Attendant – Luxury Boutique Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at art’otel Hoxton, a 26‑floor boutique hotel in London’s vibrant Hoxton district. You will ensure guest rooms and suites are cleaned to the highest standards while contributing to a creative, art‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to brand standards.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to productivity targets and contribute to daily room‑turnover goals.
• Provide courteous service, responding to guest requests and collaborating with team members.

• Passion for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Positive, professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Required skills

• Hourly wage starting at £12.71, rising to £14.02 with targets and up to £15.02 after training.
