Sales Coordinator – Open Access

About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our Open Access team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement Open Access and transformative agreements, supporting the sales function and building collaborative customer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Gather customer and publication data from internal systems to generate reports for sales and account management.
- Support the sales team with proposals, management reports, internal trafficking documents, and CRM data entry.
- Assist in the set‑up and launch of global Open Access agreements.
- Collaborate with the commercial sales team to help meet divisional revenue targets.
- Respond to customer queries via Salesforce, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Manage customer workflows and identify process improvements.
- Provide training to internal stakeholders and deliver external video training on a customer‑facing platform.
- Conduct business user testing across internal and external platforms.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and present data.
- Passion for connecting with customers and developing partnerships.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
