Sales Progressor – Estate Agency (Bexley)

About the role

Experienced in sales progression or conveyancing and looking for a rewarding opportunity with excellent commission potential? Our client, a successful estate agency in Bexley, is recruiting a Sales Progressor to join their team, offering a strong commission structure, bonuses and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets.
• Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract.
• Keep in regular contact with agents.
• Communicate with vendors and purchasers.
• Liaise professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers.
• Arrange for contracts to be signed.
• Update managers on the sale process.
• Maintain accurate information on the CRM and Vendor Portal.
• Progress sales through to completion.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Experience in sales progression or conveyancing.
• Brilliant customer service skills.
• Great organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders.

What we offer

• Up to £28,500 basic salary.
• Percentage override on all completed sales.
• Commission of £375‑£750 per month.
