Self-Employed Mortgage Broker (Hybrid, Leads Provided)

About the role
Our client, an established property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to work on a self‑employed basis. The role is hybrid, with office attendance required on Wednesdays and the last Friday of each month at their North London office.
Key responsibilities
- Work with independently provided and qualified leads to originate mortgage deals.
- Maintain a high level of client service throughout the mortgage application process.
- Collaborate with the client services team for lead qualification and administrative support.
- Utilise the office space and resources provided when on‑site.
Required profile
- CeMAP Essential qualification with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Team player who is organised and proactive.

- Retainer of £2,000 for the first six months.
