About the role
The Senior Account Manager will own day‑to‑day client relationships for healthcare and life‑science accounts in the UK, ensuring seamless delivery across strategy, creative, medical, project management and production teams. This role is central to keeping projects on brief, on time and on budget while maintaining high‑quality, compliant output.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client communications, status meetings, actions and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management and Production.
- Support scope definition, estimates, timelines, budgets and change‑request processes.
- Prepare client‑facing materials such as agendas, contact reports, status updates and project documentation.
- Track project risks, feedback, approvals and regulatory review requirements.
Required profile
- 5+ years of client service experience in an advertising/marketing agency.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or life‑science environments with exposure to medical, legal and regulatory review.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑channel project delivery (digital, social, CRM, print, presentation, campaign).
- Strong experience preparing client‑facing status reports, meeting notes and scope documentation.
- Demonstrated coordination of cross‑functional teams and management of client feedback through defined approval processes.
