Senior Architectural Technician – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join an award‑winning AJ100 practice in Birmingham. You will work on high‑profile, large‑scale projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high‑profile projects from inception to completion.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and quality.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to maintain strong working relationships.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture.
• Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit and experience managing large‑scale projects across multiple sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and strong technical detailing abilities.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Birmingham.
