Senior Business Analyst - Payments

About the role

A leading investment bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Transformation & Change Management team, driving a major Payments Modernisation Programme across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for strategic payments transformation projects.
• Gather, analyse and document business and regulatory requirements.
• Produce artefacts such as process maps, gap analyses, business requirements and target operating models.
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Technology and key stakeholders to deliver successful change.
• Support regulatory change initiatives, UAT and implementation activities.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analyst experience in banking with strong payments domain expertise.
• Experience working across banking operations and closely with Front Office teams.
• Experience delivering business and regulatory change programmes in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payment processes, operating models and regulatory change.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
