Senior Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join a leading organisation in the music industry. This senior leadership position will shape the finance function and ensure the integrity of financial operations across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end financial operation, including month, quarter and year‑end close.
• Maintain balance‑sheet governance and oversee statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure audit readiness and manage cash and working capital.
• Lead a small finance team and deputise for the Finance Director.
• Present financial performance and strategic insights to Board and Executive committees.
• Drive transformation initiatives, including new systems and processes.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven senior controllership experience.
• Ability to influence at Board and senior stakeholder level.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Strong technical accounting knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• UK tax knowledge.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model – three days in the London office.
• Salary up to £95,000 per annum.
