International Tax Manager – Advisory

About the role

This role sits within KPMG’s International Tax group in London, advising large inbound and outbound multinational businesses. You will work with some of the world’s most complex organisations, delivering high‑quality tax solutions and supporting their commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide International Tax advisory services to large inbound and outbound multinational clients.
• Deliver technically excellent advice on tax structuring, refinancing, business and legal structure optimisation, and pre/post‑transaction reorganisations.
• Handle tax authority enquiries and support tax controversy matters.
• Collaborate with specialists in other departments and overseas KPMG offices to integrate expertise into projects.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent with strong UK corporate tax and accounting knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead and coach staff and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with multinational organisations is desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude, curiosity and drive to stay ahead of global tax policy changes.
