Senior Lettings Consultant

About the role

Our client, an international real‑estate business, is looking for a Senior Lettings Consultant to join their Prime Central London team based in Mayfair. The role involves managing the full residential lettings cycle across Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, St James’s and Marylebone, working with high‑net‑worth landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new landlord instructions through networking and business development.
• Conduct rental valuations, market appraisals and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and drive deals to completion.
• Manage tenancy renewals, portfolio growth and maintain strong landlord‑tenant relationships.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and keep accurate records in CRM and property‑management systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings, preferably in Prime Central London.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and growing a portfolio.
• Full right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
• ARLA qualification (or working towards it) and an existing network of landlords or investors is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and property‑management software.
