Senior Recruiter – Hybrid (Yeovil, UK)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our client’s talent acquisition team in Yeovil, UK. This hybrid position blends office collaboration (1‑2 days per week) with remote work, allowing you to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for white‑collar and contingent roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake calls with hiring managers to candidate selection and interview coordination.
• Screen applications, conduct telephone or video interviews, and document selection decisions.
• Administer offers, contracts, and onboarding paperwork for both permanent and contingent hires.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance and documentation requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the experience of contingent workers.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and regular check‑ins to support candidate satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Background in security‑clearance or defence‑industry hiring is preferred.
• Proven ability to source candidates directly via professional networks and social media.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Willingness to work hybrid (1‑2 days on‑site in Yeovil).
• Professional proficiency in English.
