About the role
The Service & Warranty Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers and retailers, handling enquiries across phone, email and web channels. Based in Exeter, you will work closely with technical and service teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and log all customer and retailer enquiries in the company CRM system.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and web, providing timely updates throughout the enquiry lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
- De‑escalate challenging situations, maintaining a calm and solution‑focused approach.
- Ensure all interactions are recorded accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when updating systems and documentation.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while staying organised.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
- Comfortable following structured processes and guidelines.
- Knowledge of heating appliances is advantageous but not essential.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system.
