About the role
Harvey is looking for a founding SMB Account Executive to drive growth across the legal and professional services markets in the EMEA region. The role focuses on French‑speaking small law firms and in‑house legal teams, helping them adopt AI‑powered solutions that transform their daily work.
Key responsibilities
- Own a book of business by prioritising warm leads and a named account list to maintain a high‑velocity sales motion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to product validation and contract negotiation.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and other key sales metrics.
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers, understand their pain points and align Harvey’s AI solutions to their needs.
- Conduct tailored client evaluations, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet SMB customer requirements.
- Develop tactics, collateral and messaging to improve team performance and document learnings for broader use.
Required profile
- Proven track record of selling SaaS or technology solutions to SMB customers.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments and building pipelines from scratch.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
