Part‑time Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a motivated part‑time Sales Assistant to join our London boutique and online store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm, personalised experience while helping the brand meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers in‑store and online, providing product knowledge and styling advice.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop floor reflects the brand aesthetic.
• Process transactions accurately and handle paperwork, policies and procedures efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed financial targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong time‑management and planning abilities.
• High motivation, enthusiasm and the capacity to inspire teammates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
