Social & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social & Marketing Executive to join our fast‑moving brand and marketing team, supporting three footwear and accessories brands. The role is ideal for a social‑first professional who loves creating content, engaging communities, and experimenting with AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) – filming, editing and publishing.
• Manage community interactions across all brand accounts, responding to comments and DMs in the appropriate brand voice.
• Source, curate and organise user‑generated content, handling outreach and permissions.
• Attend shoots and brand events to capture authentic social content.
• Support marketing managers with campaign delivery, asset organisation, copy briefing and channel coordination.
• Brief and schedule email and social content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Assist with influencer seeding logistics, including tracking, dispatch and content capture.
• Execute day‑to‑day marketing activities for Shoeaholics under manager direction.
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and new platforms daily, supporting reactive trend content creation.
• Explore and test AI content tools (image generation, video editing, caption tools) for efficiency and creativity.
• Test at least one new content format or platform feature each month.
