Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join socialed and take ownership of existing and new client social accounts across luxury, lifestyle and consumer brands. You will work closely with our social and creative teams, leading day‑to‑day channel management, community engagement and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across client social channels.
• Engage audiences, moderate communities and foster brand loyalty.
• Plan, coordinate and roll out content calendars.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and feed recommendations to internal and client teams.
• Collaborate on creative briefs, support production teams and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and emerging cultural moments.
• Coordinate internally across strategy, creative and editing functions.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing social media accounts in an agency or brand environment.
• Deep familiarity with social platforms, trends and internet culture.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑output creative settings.
• Strong client‑facing and internal collaboration skills.
• Aim to progress toward a Senior Social Media Manager role.
