Sport Advisor – Full‑time Retail Role

About the role

As a Sport Advisor you will be the face of Decathlon UK, helping customers discover the right equipment and advice for their favourite activities. You will work on the shop floor, supporting both in‑store and online shoppers, and contribute to an omnichannel experience that brings sport to everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable customer service, sharing personal sport tips and technical product advice.
• Assist customers across all sales channels, ensuring a seamless experience whether they shop in the store or online.
• Manage stock levels, pricing and merchandising to keep the floor organized and product‑findable.
• Collaborate with a team of like‑minded advisors, celebrating successes and supporting each other during busy periods.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for sport and an eagerness to share that enthusiasm with customers.
• People‑oriented, willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service.
• Strong communicator and problem‑solver, comfortable working weekends and holidays.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.
