Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Industrial Light & Magic’s London studio is seeking a meticulous Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a maternity‑cover basis. The role acts as the primary point of contact for candidates and partners closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of interviews and reserve internal resources such as rooms and attendants.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, update candidate information, log interviews and capture hiring team feedback.
• Post job adverts, manage the live roles database and handle job requisition administration.
• Prepare and distribute weekly recruitment reports to multiple ILM departments and locations.
• Respond to queries via the recruitment inbox and foster positive relationships with hiring managers, new hires and external partners.
• Support global Talent Acquisition projects, recruitment events and expos.
• Assist the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition with calendar scheduling, administrative duties and special projects.

Profile

• Experience in recruiting or HR administration.
• Professional communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work independently, detail‑oriented and solve problems.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, changing environment and across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn and job boards.
• Familiarity with video‑conference tools such as Google Meet.
• Understanding of applicant tracking systems.
