About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing e‑commerce division as a Talent Acquisition Project Intern. You will work on short‑term, high‑impact projects that give you real‑world HR experience while supporting the recruitment of talent for TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to gather position requirements.
• Promote open roles on job portals and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening, assessments, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain candidate relationship management.
• Assist in optimizing recruitment processes and contribute to new project initiatives.
• Work with cross‑functional and regional teams to ensure holistic business understanding.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026.
• Eligible to work in the UK and available for a minimum 12‑week internship (full‑time or part‑time).
• Previous recruitment or HR‑related internship experience is preferred.
• Fluent in German and French to communicate with stakeholders in those markets.
• Strong interest in human resources, proactive mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
