Talent Advisor – Learning & Development Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Advisor with a focus on Learning & Development to lead training and capability‑building initiatives across multiple sites. Reporting to the People Partner, you will help modernise our learning programmes, digitise content and ensure compliance training is effective.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver operational and compliance‑focused training programmes.
• Digitise existing training materials and create e‑learning assets.
• Facilitate “train‑the‑trainer” sessions and support leadership development.
• Collaborate with team managers to embed structured development pathways.
• Contribute to broader learning transformation projects in a dual‑site environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development within a fast‑paced, operational setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across teams and sites.
• Interest in modern learning approaches and digital content creation.
• Confidence in supporting managers to build capability within their teams.

Required skills

• Experience with digitising training content and e‑learning authoring.
• Knowledge of compliance training standards.
• Facilitation and “train‑the‑trainer” expertise.
