About the role

Reachdesk is seeking a Talent Associate to support hiring across the business. This entry‑level, remote position offers the chance to work closely with the People team, learning structured recruitment processes and contributing to high‑quality hiring outcomes. You will assist hiring managers in focusing on candidates who match role requirements and help drive continuous improvement of the talent function.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications and identify strong candidates.
• Support structured interview processes and assess candidates against clear criteria.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation of assessment decisions.
• Help create and update hiring tools such as interview guides, screening criteria, and scorecards.
• Ensure hiring workflows are clear, organized, and consistent from application to decision.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes and propose improvements.
