Talent Lead – UK (On-site, £75k‑£100k inc equity)

About the role

We are looking for a UK Talent Lead to shape and scale the people function for Bolt Pharmacy, a fast‑growing AI‑driven healthcare company. This is a hands‑on, strategic role focused on building a high‑performance team and ensuring the organisation can grow without talent constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, attract and hire top talent across the UK to meet rapid growth targets.
• Design and operate a scalable People Ops function covering onboarding, training, payroll, equity administration and HR systems.
• Partner with leadership on headcount forecasting and ensure staffing levels align with business needs.
• Manage relationships with locum agencies and external talent partners.
• Identify and close gaps in hiring processes, onboarding experiences and people‑processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading HR or talent acquisition functions in high‑growth environments.
• Strong track record of recruiting senior and specialist roles in the UK.
• Ability to design and implement scalable people processes and systems.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on improving hiring metrics and employee experience.
