Team Manager

About the role

As a Team Manager at our Livingston bakery, you will lead a shift‑based team to achieve strong performance across safety, quality and cost KPIs. You will rotate between night and day shifts, ensuring consistent leadership presence across the three‑shift operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team on a 3‑shift pattern, alternating between Sunday‑Thursday night shifts and Monday‑Friday morning/afternoon shifts.
• Drive the implementation of the site’s operational strategy and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality and cost metrics to meet site targets.
• Develop and manage operational improvement plans to enhance efficiency and overall standards.
• Engage and motivate team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and cost performance.
• Ability to work flexibly across rotating shift patterns.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
