Team Member – Cinema Guest Experience

About the role

As a Team Member at Everyman, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a consistently high‑quality experience to every guest who walks through our doors. You will help create the unique, hospitality‑driven atmosphere that sets Everyman apart in the cinema industry.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they enjoy a memorable visit.
• Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the venue.
• Assist with ticketing and seating where required.
• Promote and uphold Everyman’s brand values and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Strong personality and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Passion for food, customer service, and creating great experiences.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Upbeat, hard‑working, flexible attitude.
• Must be over 18 years of age (due to alcohol sales).
