Team Member – Night Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Pret’s bustling Aldgate shop as a Night Shift Team Member. You will be the friendly face on the shop floor, preparing fresh food and delivering excellent service to customers during the late‑hour shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble freshly made food and beverages according to Pret standards.
• Serve customers with a smile, taking orders and handling payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Support opening and closing procedures specific to the night shift.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
• Available to work night‑shift hours, including early‑morning shifts.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training on POS and food preparation will be provided.

• Hourly rate of £15.55 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
