Telesales Advisor

About the role

Join Better’s dynamic Bournemouth office as a Telesales Advisor and help generate high‑quality leads for our field sales team. You will be the first point of contact with senior decision‑makers, turning interest into scheduled appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified prospects from our database.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and gauge prospect needs, budget, and decision‑making process.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and record interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up via calls or email to nurture leads that need additional engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Better’s telecommunications solutions and convey key features effectively.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales or a similar role.
• Confident communicator able to engage senior decision‑makers quickly.
• Resilient, positive mindset with the ability to handle rejection.
• Target‑driven and comfortable working to KPIs.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to build rapport within the first 30 seconds of a call.
