Transaction Advisory Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager to join its global Transaction Advisory team in London. The role will involve leading both pre‑deal and post‑deal engagements for corporate and private‑equity clients, delivering strategic advice across the full deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagements covering corporate and business strategy, private‑equity value creation, M&A, portfolio strategy and target screening.
• Conduct pre‑deal assessments and due‑diligence, and design post‑deal merger integration, joint‑venture and carve‑out plans.
• Work within multinational client‑facing teams to develop business cases, evaluate strategic and investment opportunities, and define digital solutions.
• Build and sustain trusted senior client relationships, ensuring delivery of high‑impact outcomes.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading pre‑ and post‑deal engagements in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to work on complex, high‑profile transactions across Europe, Asia or North America.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
