About the role
We are seeking a proactive Travel Operations Executive to join our award-winning tour operator in Camden Town, London. In this fast-paced, full-time role you will ensure customers receive exceptional support before, during and after their journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers before departure with travel updates, flight changes, supplier amendments or operational issues.
- Provide on-trip assistance, resolving problems quickly and professionally.
- Follow up after travel to collect feedback and confirm a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate booking records, customer information and operational notes.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transfer providers and other suppliers as needed.
- Handle all customer communications promptly, accurately and courteously.
Required profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Strong organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Calm and professional under pressure, especially during travel disruptions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM and database systems.
What we offer
- Salary £32,000‑£35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- Annual performance bonus of 10% of salary.
