Travel Sales Consultant – Leisure and Corporate Travel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to sell leisure and corporate travel packages to clients worldwide. The role is full‑time, office‑based in Maidstone and involves building a repeat client base while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Book all aspects of travel for leisure and business clients.
• Upsell ancillary products such as car hire, insurance and airport parking.
• Develop repeat business through excellent customer service, networking and referrals.
• Meet and exceed set sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous travel sales experience preferred but not essential; sales‑driven professionals from other sectors are welcome.
• Graduates with a strong sales drive will be considered.
• Clear telephone manner with strong rapport‑building and closing abilities.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Guaranteed salary of £28,000 for the first three years, with an uncapped OTE of £60,000.
