About the role

Join Sytner Maidenhead as a Vehicle Technician specialising in BMW. You will work in a modern, safety‑focused workshop with full training and support to develop your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and servicing on BMW and other premium models.
• Follow established processes, procedures and safety protocols, using required PPE.
• Work to agreed timescales while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service experience.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised qualification.
• Minimum experience in a franchised dealership environment.
• Motivated, dedicated, highly organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
