Waiter/Waitress – 116 Pall Mall, London

About the role

Searcys is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress staff to join the team at its historic 116 Pall Mall venue in the heart of London. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a seamless dining experience for guests attending both restaurant service and private events.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold high service standards.
• Assist with restaurant and event set‑up, including table arrangements and décor.
• Support and mentor junior commis waiters as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Passion for food and beverage service.

Required skills

• Customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
