Wholesale Merchandising Assistant

About the role

The Wholesale Merchandising Assistant supports the wholesale business of TOPSHOP and TOPMAN, ensuring partner orders are accurately tracked and delivered on time. Working closely with the Merchandising and Business Management teams, you will help drive efficient outbound processes and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partner order books and keep records up to date.
• Monitor wholesale intake and daily stock levels.
• Assist the Wholesale Merchandiser with allocation and pick instructions.
• Track orders through the warehouse until dispatch.
• Maintain daily pick logs and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop relationships with wholesale partners and commercial buying teams.
• Use ASOS systems, Delivery Schedule and Power BI to identify stock risks.
• Support reporting, data interpretation and analysis for trade meetings.
• Participate in team and external meetings, follow up on actions, and meet merchandising deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfortable using business systems.
• Approachable, flexible and able to work calmly under pressure.
• Excellent relationship‑building and collaborative skills.
• Self‑motivated with a drive for continuous development.
• Effective time management and clear communication.
• Passion for fashion retail and solid market/product knowledge.
