Account Associate – PR & Communications

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an enthusiastic Account Associate to join its growing PR & Communications team. This entry‑level role offers the chance to work with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and health‑IT clients, supporting both internal and external communications across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team on internal and external communications for all Real Chemistry accounts.
• Manage project timelines, trackers and deliverables to ensure on‑time completion.
• Handle client and account communications materials, incorporating client edits as needed.
• Draft content such as press releases, infographics and fact sheets.
• Provide media monitoring services and develop/manage media lists.
• Conduct media outreach and liaise with third‑party vendors, including printers.
• Support research needs and stay abreast of relevant industry trends.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm to learn and build a career in healthcare marketing communications.
• Strong interest in project management within a communications context.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communication materials effectively.
