Senior Account Executive – Patient Advocacy

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its global Patient Advocacy team. The role will support the design and delivery of patient‑centric programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and health‑technology clients, ensuring high‑quality, compliant engagement with advocacy groups.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of advocacy strategies aligned with brand, policy, access and disease‑area goals.
• Engage ethically with patient advocacy organisations, coalitions and community leaders.
• Design and deliver programs such as education, awareness, policy engagement, advisory boards, summits, co‑creation sessions and community initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day client service and account management across multiple accounts and workstreams.
• Act as primary contact for planned activities, ad‑hoc requests, project updates and material delivery.
• Assist with new business development, pitches, proposals and identify opportunities to expand client programmes.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Senior Account Executive or strong Account Executive in healthcare communications.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver integrated advocacy programmes.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with attention to timelines and budgets.
