Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to support our client’s growing commercial and supply‑chain operations. This position offers hands‑on experience in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating product movement from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Monitor customer forecasts, sales performance, and stock levels.
• Prepare sales reports, customer reviews, and performance data.
• Liaise with customers on product availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Assist the Commercial Manager in growing existing accounts.
• Coordinate daily product movement and address supply‑chain issues.
• Ensure accurate processing of sales orders, delivery documentation, and invoicing.
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good numerical and analytical capability.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in fresh produce, food, agriculture, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous.
