Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the specialist Financial Lines team of an international insurance broker. You will support brokers throughout the renewal cycle and new business opportunities, ensuring accurate quotes and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare formal quotes and MRC documentation for renewals and new placements.
• Review and improve policy wordings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain supporting documents, including spreadsheets for complex placements.
• Verify premiums and taxes, liaise with the finance team for payment processing.
• Upload placements onto PPL and develop tailored solutions for clients and producers.
• Manage an allocated portfolio of accounts and keep all files and systems up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Directors & Officers and Cyber insurance.
• Strong knowledge of London, US and international D&O and Cyber markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a solid understanding of insurance regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously and strong organisational skills.
