Account Manager – Corporate Services (London)

About the role

John D Wood & Co. is looking for an Account Manager to join its Corporate & Relocation Services team in Central London. The role focuses on generating new business relationships with companies that need residential property finding support and delivering a high-quality home-search service to their employees.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new corporate accounts requiring relocation and lettings assistance.
• Maintain regular contact with corporate clients and relocation agents, acting as the primary point of contact for new applicants.
• Gather client requirements, arrange property viewings, and record all activity in the company’s systems.
• Research prospective accounts using the branch network and other lead sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process, resolving issues and managing expectations.
• Manage high-revenue accounts and develop a deep understanding of the John D Wood network to support clients effectively.

Required profile

• Self-motivated and tenacious with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to manage customer expectations.
• Proven sales track record (preferred) and knowledge of the lettings process (preferred).
