About the role

Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and fill daily and long‑term bookings.

Required profile
- Recruitment experience (essential).
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive, ambition and resilience.
- Degree and/or sales experience (preferred but not essential for graduate‑calibre candidates).
