About the role
This position is for an experienced accountant looking to progress within a respected Saltash‑based practice. You will join a high‑performing team and support a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review statutory accounts, audit work and tax returns for a range of clients.
- Provide informed business advice and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist colleagues across the accounting function, stepping in where needed.
Required profile
- Solid experience working in an accountancy practice environment.
- Confidence to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Motivation to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility.
Required skills
- Knowledge of statutory accounting principles.
- Understanding of audit procedures and tax compliance.
