About the role
This part‑time position provides essential administrative support to the Physiotherapy teams within the Edinburgh Community Physiotherapy Service. Working directly with the Physio@Home Team, you will help ensure smooth operations for community physiotherapy services across the partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to physiotherapy staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
- Process delegated tasks from other community physiotherapy teams, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the preparation of reports and patient‑related documentation.
- Support the delivery of person‑centred, safe, and high‑quality care by managing administrative workflows.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health‑care team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
