About the role
As a Store Colleague you will be the face of the shop, delivering a welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll keep the shop floor tidy, replenish stock and support the team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers confidently and provide product information.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring displays and stock areas are clean and organised.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed.
- Process transactions, handle cash and manage deliveries.
- Use in‑store technology and systems to support enquiries and daily operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Ability to adapt communication style to different people and situations.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for brands and trends.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow company processes.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and committed to personal development.
