Agency Systems Implementation Project Manager

About the role

Lead Bray Leino’s agency-wide rollout of Adobe systems, improving workflows and helping teams adopt smarter ways of working in a hands‑on, six‑month hybrid role based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of the Adobe Workfront implementation, coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Work closely with the implementation partner, internal teams and senior stakeholders to keep the project on track.
• Collaborate with agency teams to understand existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities and develop more efficient processes.
• Coordinate activities across Workfront, AEM Assets, SharePoint and other business systems to support integrated workflows and automation.
• Support internal communications, training and engagement to help teams adopt new systems and processes.
• Manage testing, launch readiness and transition to day‑to‑day operations, then gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in an agency, marketing, professional services or similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Experience delivering technology implementations, operational transformation or business change projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, confident working across teams and seniority levels.
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach with a genuine interest in improving business operations.
