Agent Transitions Team Lead – Vice President

About the role

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior leader to head the Agent Transitions team within Network Management. This Vice President‑level position will drive strategic change across securities, cash, and legal‑entity activities, ensuring smooth transitions, expansions, and restructures of the financial market infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Project Managers delivering high‑impact change across multiple lines of business.
• Own the Agent Transitions portfolio, handling prioritisation, resourcing, governance and oversight.
• Act as senior escalation point for risks, issues and decisions affecting delivery and market readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Network Management.
• Oversee delivery from evaluation through execution, stabilization and post‑implementation review.
• Ensure documentation, controls and reporting meet audit and senior‑management requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as Single Point Of Contact for recovery, resolution and resiliency activities.
• Develop talent, foster an inclusive culture and encourage practical innovation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in change management within financial services or related sectors.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver disciplined project outcomes.
• Strong risk and control mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of global, cross‑functional teams.
