Agile Delivery Lead – Fixed Term (6 months)

About the role

The Agile Delivery Lead will lead a team of two Scrum Masters, accountable for delivering releases of the U VoD app across mobile, web and connected TV platforms. The role manages risks, optimises release schedules and drives continuous improvement to meet product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of two Scrum Masters and drive the delivery of the U VoD app across mobile, web and connected TV platforms.
• Implement and optimise a streamlined delivery process, maintaining a regular release cadence and managing risks and dependencies.
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Production and Development on resourcing and business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading, managing and coaching Agile teams, with a focus on team growth and wellbeing.
• Strong track record of implementing delivery improvements, using Agile metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to resolve impediments, escalate critical issues appropriately and foster a psychologically safe environment.

Required skills

• Scrum and Kanban frameworks (Scrum Guide knowledge).
• Jira for backlog and sprint management, including custom workflows and dashboards.
• Version control, branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile metrics such as velocity, lead time and burndown charts.
• Understanding of software development life‑cycle for direct‑to‑consumer products.
