AI & Machine Learning Engineer – Up to £75,000

About the role

Our client is expanding its Artificial Intelligence capabilities and is looking for AI & Machine Learning Engineers to join a fast‑growing technology team in London. The role offers the chance to work on enterprise‑scale AI solutions, develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines and collaborate with highly skilled professionals across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions for commercial clients.
• Develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model training, optimisation and deployment.
• Create scalable data pipelines and engineering frameworks for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Implement cloud‑native AI platforms on Azure, AWS and GCP, applying MLOps best practices.
• Work with generative AI and advanced analytics to deliver innovative business value.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional engineering, architecture and data teams using Agile methodologies.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and continuously improve existing models.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in a commercial environment.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit‑learn.
• Solid understanding of machine‑learning algorithms, deep‑learning architectures and model deployment practices.
• Experience working with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud services.
