AI Product Lead

About the role

The AI Product Lead will sit at the centre of a leading UK private bank’s AI transformation agenda. Reporting to the Head of AI, you will bridge business strategy and AI delivery, turning AI ambition into measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate AI discovery and ideation workshops across the bank.
• Identify, shape and prioritise AI use cases and maintain a central AI opportunity portfolio.
• Develop business cases, value frameworks and translate opportunities into delivery roadmaps with technical teams.
• Drive AI adoption across business functions and track benefits realisation.
• Support AI governance, responsible AI frameworks and stay ahead of emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI, digital or transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents and emerging AI technologies.
• Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Transformation Lead or AI‑focused consultant.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Commercial mindset with experience building business cases and measuring value.
