About the role
Corndel is seeking an AI Programme Designer to create innovative learning programmes that equip professionals with practical AI, automation and workflow skills. You will join a fast‑growing, award‑winning learning provider that partners with leading organisations across the UK. Working within the Product team, you will shape the future of AI education by designing engaging curricula, workshops and digital resources for a remote workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Design AI‑focused curriculum content, including e‑learning modules, workshops, assessments and learner resources.
- Create practical learning experiences covering AI, automation, workflow tools and agentic AI.
- Ensure programmes align with apprenticeship standards and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, coaches and product teams to deliver high‑quality content.
- Contribute to the development of flagship AI programmes from the ground up.
