Air Import Customs Specialist

About the role
Freightserve is seeking an experienced Air Import Customs Specialist to manage end‑to‑end customs compliance for air freight imports. The role involves working closely with airlines, handling agents and customers to ensure smooth import processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all customs compliance activities for air imports.
- Process ETSF movements and complete import customs entries.
- Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, transporters and customers via email and telephone.
- Prepare and issue invoices, update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
- Provide occasional support for export operations when required.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in import customs handling.
- Strong knowledge of UK customs regulations and ETSF procedures.
- Proven ability to manage air import processes from start to finish.
