Alliances Solutions Manager – EMEA (Hybrid)

About the role

Optro is a fast‑growing SaaS company delivering an AI‑powered GRC Intelligence Platform to Fortune 500 enterprises. The Alliances Solutions Manager will become a product expert, helping partners tech‑enable their customers’ risk, audit and compliance environments across EMEA. This hybrid role is based in London with one office day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evangelize Optro’s value proposition to partners, delivering tailored product demonstrations and training.
• Maintain accurate mapping of partner field teams, penetration rates and growth opportunities.
• Gather and share deep competitor intelligence to highlight Optro’s differentiators.
• Mentor and cross‑train partner resources, developing their expertise.
• Serve as the go‑to subject‑matter expert for key partners, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing and legal teams.
• Manage partner demo sites and sandboxes, and attend networking events to generate new business.

Required profile

• 5‑9 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, internal audit, compliance or risk management.
• BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and project‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and product engineering teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Expert understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal audit methodology.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts.
• Familiarity with IT and security compliance frameworks such as COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST and NIST.
